Thermal Lamination Process

Over many years, we have accumulated industry-leading expertise in eco-friendly thermal lamination processing. Serving as the technological foundation that supports the overall solution capabilities of our group, we powerfully drive our customers’ innovations from the ground up.

Our heated roll processing method achieves an eco-friendly, solvent-free, and adhesive-less bonding. Furthermore, we can accommodate processing using hot-melt adhesives. In addition, we are fully equipped to meet a wide variety of needs, including corona treatment up to a width of 1,250 mm and calendering to adjust thickness according to the application.
